Section 1: Return and Exchange Policy
SADIA RIAZ strictly follows mentioned below terms and conditions for return and exchange:
We try our level best to facilitate our valued customers to exchange their Product (s) purchases made SADIA RIAZ, under the following terms and conditions.
The customers are requested to please do not accept orders if the parcel is damaged or seal opened.
The customers can exchange articles from the SADIA RIAZ ONLINE STORE one time SADIA RIAZ within a week from the date of order placed within the same category. The products must be in their original condition unused with a price label attached along with the invoice. SADIA RIAZ will not accept the return and exchange where proper care instructions are not being followed.
We do not offer a cash refund, instead, a coupon will be issued in exceptional cases of the same value to E-Store customers SADIA RIAZ. The coupon will be valid for 7 days & redeemable on E-Store SADIA RIAZ.
If the product is damaged / missing please email us immediately at sadiariazcouture@gmail.com receiving the parcel.
Replacement shall SADIA RIAZ be entertained if the customer wants to exchange within the same category depending upon the availability of the stock. All returns will be inspected upon arrival in our SADIA RIAZ warehouse. If the SADIA RIAZ quality control team finds that the articles were used, washed, mishandled or not in its original condition then we will not be able to consider the return and exchange.
Section 2: Refund policy
We do refund in exceptional cases and currently, we do not support a refund policy for cash on delivery (COD) orders.
Refund Process: When a refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your Credit/Debit card within a weeks. If you have not received a refund in the said period please check with your bank. It may take some time before a refund is posted. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Section 3: Shipping
Shipping charges are applied on every order.On return and exchange your product, the customer should email our sadiariazcouture@gmail.com
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Kindly note SADIA RIAZ E-store will bear all the shipping cost if SADIA RIAZ E-store provided damaged, incorrect or incomplete orders otherwise customer will have to bear the shipment cost on return and exchange.
Section 4: Lost Shipping Policy
We keep a track record of our customer shipments after dispatch till smooth delivery with the help of our courier service companies. However, we cannot guarantee you the shipment delivery. If your order is not received within 7 days of dispatch kindly email us sadiariazcouture@gmail.com
